In an exclusive interview, a local TV station reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is planning legal action to gain access to her hospital bedside.

Jerod Brown, Bobbi Kristina’s cousin, told 11Alive that Gordon has not been allowed to visit her at Emory Hospital, where she has been comatose since being found unresponsive in a bathtub in her townhouse near Roswell, Ga., on Jan. 31.

“At the moment, he’s not. He’s taking legal action in that matter to get visits to see Krissi (as she’s known by her family) right now,” Jerod Brown said.

“I’m in contact with Nick. To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He’s pretty torn about about what’s going on.”

Previously, Gordon was Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend. But last year, Bobbi Kristina claimed on social media that she and Gordon, who had been raised by her late mother, singer Whitney Houston, had married.

But now her father, Bobby Brown, insists the two are not legally man and wife.

Gordon has not been to her room because he is under a restraining order not to be in the same room with Bobbi Kristina’s Houston relatives, many of whom have been keeping vigil at her bedside, as are her Brown relatives.

In 2014, her aunt, Marion “Pat” Houston, sought the restraining order, which expires in April, after accusing Gordon of stalking her and sending her threatening text messages.

In addition, Gordon may be a focus of the Roswell police investigation into whether there was foul play involved in whatever happened to Bobbi Kristina. One of Bobbi Kristina’s aunts, Leolah Brown, told the local Fox station in an interview that she believes Gordon could be charged.
