Did you know that just a little bit of running, even very slow running, can help you live longer?
New research published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology suggests just about five to 10 minutes a day can be very good for your heart. Running can cut your risk of dying from any other cause as well.
Even if you can’t run everyday, researchers found that running just once or twice a week was still good for you regardless of your shape or size.
