Idris Elba wasn’t an overnight, Hollywood success. He had to work while pursuing his dream like most folks. 

The “No Good Deed” actor worked the night shift at a former job at a Ford factory in England, he revealed to New York Times Magazine.

Elba believes his hard work before making it big is what makes him the dedicated and talented actor that his fans see today.

“I find that a lot of actors who are good and open to challenges have lived a full life,” he said.  “When you walk int
